•The retail pet store/breeder must also provide a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian certifying the dog has no known disease, illness, or congenital or hereditary condition which is diagnosable with reasonable accuracy, and that the dog does not appear to be clinically ill from parasitic infection at the time of the exam.

*The buyer has 7 (SEVEN) days after receipt of the puppy to have him/her examined by your Veterinarian or health guarantee is null and void. You must have proof of this visit within the time frame stated above.*

•If within 180 days after the date of the sale, a licensed veterinarian states in writing that the dog possesses or has died of a congenital or hereditary condition or that requires hospitalization or a nonelective surgical procedure, the purchaser is entitled to remedies.

1. Return the dog for a full refund of the purchase price.

2. Retain the dog and be reimbursed by the Breeder for reasonable and documented veterinary fees for diagnosis and treatment of the dog, NOT exceeding the purchase price of the dog.

Disclaimer
We will NOT be held liable for a contagious disease contracted after the puppy has left our care. We advise against taking your puppy to dog parks and puppy training classes because the high frequency of dogs can cause health issues to your puppy. Be cautious exposing your puppy to other animals where you are unsure of their vaccination history.
It is advised to you keep your puppy in their own environment until 16 weeks of age. At this time your puppy will have completed their series of Distemper, Lyme, Canine Influenza, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations.
